I did ths picture some time ago, decided to submit it sooner, because it will take part in the Digital Artists Summit Digital Illustration Contest Wish me luck!

I hope you like it It was definitely the most time consuming project I ever did.
A different style, different tonation, lots of refs used, few dozen hours spent. Heavy Mucha inspirations can be spotted especially in the frame
My god baby, what can I say? I'm in awe. This has got to be yet the most brilliant artwork, as I've told you already... I totally love the shading, the material looks like it's made from gold strings, her hair looks so soft and 'ey, booty for the ladies! XD
I utterly, completely love this one. AWESOME job muru!
This is really a lovely peice. I love the textures in the wings. However, the wing in front seems a bit too low, compared to the other wing..perhaps it is the one behind that is too high. Oh well. marvoulous work non the less.

Wow, that is just sooo beautiful and well worth the time you spent on it. I love how her dress has a sheen that 'glows' and the overall detail is just amazing. for sure!
this is so beautiful...the detail is stunning. I can really see the amount of time and work invested in it.
I especially love the wings, and the texture in the hair is superb.
the one thing that detracts a bit from the image is that very slight outline that can still be seen at the very right of her dress, at the bottom. It really seems to flatten that receding part of the dress, and I'm wondering whether maybe there's a way you could fix it? Or then maybe its just me being picky.
But really, this is an amazing piece of work.
Once again, i love your airbrushing techniques, its brilliant. if i were to be as critical as i could, the only things i would point out would be the tones on the man, its not as smooth as the skin of the woman, and the lower parts of her dress, they look kinda crinkly and creased.
but its hard to criticise, its aesthetically pleasing and technically brilliant.
-wow- really, def my favourite of all your work so far
beautiful work on the feathers especially
frame thing is beautiful, love the classic sun/moon thing
but the castle looks a little too unrefined, and her face seems odd, too flat maybe? perhaps that what you wanted though. his hair also looks unfinished in the full-view...
love the colours on and around her face especially, and the headdress.
man I really love that frame the more I look at it
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
